# Tokenomics

The \$AXR token powers access, incentives, and governance specifically within the Axelrod hedge fund product.

### **Allocation:**

* Public Sale: 37.5%
* Initial Liquidity Pool : 12.5%
* Team Tranche 1: 5%
* Team Tranche 2: 15%
* Axelrod Vault : 5%
* Community Rewards : 25% (Pre-TGE Event, Early Testers Rewards, Mindshare Mining, and Rewards Vault & Future Emission)

### **Vesting Schedules:**

Specific allocations have the following vesting schedules:

* Team Tranche 1 (5%): 1 month cliff. Immediate unlocked
* Team Tranche 2 (15%): 6 month cliff. 6 month linear vesting, starting from TGE
* Axelrod Vault (5%): 3 month cliff, 1 year linear vesting
* Pre-TGE Event (0.5%):  1 month cliff. Immediate unlocked
* Early Testers Rewards (0.2%): 1 month cliff. Immediate unlocked
* Mindshare Mining Program (5%): 3 month cliff. Monthly unlock, 2.5%,1.5%,1% 
* Rewards Vault (19.3%) No cliff. Quarterly fixed unlocked
